Michał Sztąberek

President of the Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at University Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies of Management at Warsaw School of Economics. Lead auditor according to PN/ISO 27001 standard. He has been professionally engaged in data security, in particular personal data protection, since 2006 (since 2010 as the president of iSecure Sp. z o.o.) He was responsible for multiple projects related to adjusting activities of companies and public/municipality institutions to personal data protection directive requirements, its implementing acts, special regulations. He was involved in many administrative procedures conducted by GIODO (eliminating discrepancies in personal data processing process at customer’s site) and provided seminars on personal data protection and on e-commerce directive. He acts as ABI inter alia in Eniro Polska Sp. z o.o., Grupa CD Projekt, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, The Polish Bar Council, The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. Joint author of two books dedicated to personal data protection – “Personal data security. Practical guide” (Presscom 2017) and “Employer’s obligations related to employees’ personal data protection” (Wolters Kluwer, 2016).

Privately a passionate of role playing games (RPG) and fantasy/science fiction fan. Leisure time he spends on planning travels, inevitably accompanied with his son Eryk.

Maria Lothamer

Vice-President of the Board

She graduated from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Czestochowa University of Technology and Faculty of Production Engineering, specialization Quality and Information Security Management in IT at Warsaw University of Technology (postgraduate studies). She has begun her professional career at Help Desk in PZU Życie SA. She has been professionally engaged in data security, in particular personal data protection, since 2008 (since 2010 as the vice-president of iSecure Sp. z o.o.). She was responsible for multiple independent projects related to adjusting activities of companies and public/municipality institutions to personal data protection directive requirements, its implementing acts, special regulations. She acts as ABI inter alia in Deichmann Obuwie Polska Sp. z o.o., companies of Grupa Takeda, Transbit Sp. z o.o. She has several publications on personal data protection in, among others: “Hurt i Detal” magazine, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Marketing w praktyce”.

Privately she is a fan of her daughter, family games and paintball.

Katarzyna Ułasiuk-Delamare

Member of the Board

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at University Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw. She specializes in data protection since 2012.

She gained her expert professional experience by providing legal support in the form of permanent or ad hoc legal services, carrying out dozens of audit projects, countless training courses, or by acting in practice as a Data Protection Officer.

She has extensive experience in providing services to private sector entities, including those in the property development, publishing, press, entertainment, financial and automotive segments. She is particularly close to issues concerning capital groups, including those operating internationally.

She is a certified Information Security Management System auditor according to the ISO 27001 standard and a member of the Association of Data Protection Practitioners and SABI (Association of Data Protection Officers).

As a speaker, she explains topics in the field of personal data protection during trainings, seminars and conferences. She has to her credit publications, among others, in "Puls Biznesu". Co-author of the book: "Personal data security. A practical guide" (Presscom, 2017).

She devotes her free time to the history of World War II, art (painting - especially Impressionist and Post-Impressionist, but only as a spectator), ceramics, her favourite books and tennis.

Olga Skotnicka

Partner / Personal Data Protection Specialist

Lawyer, she graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University Faculty of Law and Administration in Toruń. She has gained her experience in debt collection company EGB Investments S.A., where she started in Business Claim Department then acted as Management Systems Proxy. She is certified auditor and proxy for two managements systems: Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Information Security Management System ISO 27001. She has also gained a lot of valuable experience and skills while she has acted as Information Security Administrator (ABI). She has conducted and supervised multiple audits, during which she has evaluated compliance and level of adjustment of particular processes. She also cooperates with University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, where she gives lectures on personal data protection, economic law and public order law.

In iSecure, as a personal data protection specialist, she is involved in providing legal assistance (in the constant or summary formula) and conducting audit projects at customer’s site.

In the past she used to work as stewardess, which remained her passion until today. Moreover she is a driving instructor (cat. B) and zealous scout.

Maciej Łukaszewicz

Attorney at Law, Personal Data Protection Specialist

Legal counsel. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. He served his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. In 2022 he became a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw. Personal data protection specialist at iSecure sp. z o.o.

He gained experience in the field of personal data protection in one of the renowned Warsaw law firms specialising in the area of GDPR. He advised clients from the FMCG sector, franchise chains, real estate. He also acted as Data Protection Officer in these entities. He is the author of numerous trainings in the field of personal data protection.

In his free time, he enjoys active outdoor recreation, cycling trips and sports photography. An avid supporter of his beloved football team.

Nina Zacharska

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Graduate at law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria-Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. She accomplished postgraduate studies in "public procurement law" at the University of Warsaw.

In the field of personal data protection, she has built her experience and skills by fulfilling the role of Data Protection Officer in a number of public finance sector entities.

Since 2018, she has conducted and supervised numerous audits, implemented data protection documentation, provided trainings and ad hoc assistance on data processing compliance in both small and large public sector entities.

In her free time she travels, plays tennis and reads crime literature.

Daniel Taberski

Attorney at Law, Personal Data Protection Specialist

Graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań on the faculties of Law and History. He received a Diploma in an Introduction to EU and British Law on the University of Cambridge, and in 2009 he passed the state public prosecutors exam. In 2013 he became a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznań (entry no. PZ-3202). A lead auditor according to the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard.

He gained professional experience while working in the Appellate Public Prosecutors Office in Poznań and in the Regional Public Prosecutors Office in Śrem, where – among others – he supervised preparatory proceedings in cybercrime and personal data protection cases. Next, he worked with reputable law firms from Poznań, specializing in providing legal assistance for Entrepreneurs. He advised companies in the areas of: criminal law, insolvency law, environmental protection law, new technology law and personal data protection. He performed information security audits in accordance with the polish Act on the national cybersecurity system, as well as GDPR compliance audits. He represented Clients in proceedings conducted by the President of the Data Protection Office, courts and administration bodies.

He is an author of scientific publications in the area of law enforcement informatization and cybercrime. A member of ISSA Polska – the Association for Information Systems Security.

In his free time he likes to read fantasy novels and books on military history. He also enjoys playing miniature wargames, as well as painting miniatures for those games.

Marcin Stryszko

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and of Information Technology at the same university.

In the course of his professional work, he has implemented personal data protection regulations from scratch (including in connection with the prevention and combating of crime) and provided advisory services to clients including those belonging to public administration, the State Forests, and commercial law companies operating in local, national, as well as international structures.

GDPR combines extensive professional interests - legal and IT issues, without which it would not be possible to organise efficient and properly functioning personal data protection procedures. He successfully develops his interests and competences at iSecure, as a member of the Data Protection Officer Team.

Extremely inquisitive and interested in every aspect of the business he supports, he is eager to share the knowledge he possesses and explain complex GDPR issues in accessible language, both during training and in everyday conversations.

He cannot imagine life without sport. Historically a sprint runner and basketball player, he now loves all activities involving rippling or frozen water: in summer on one board with a sail in his hands, in winter with poles and two boards on his feet.

Paweł Wojciechowski

Advocate, Personal Data Protection Specialist

Internal Auditor of the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 27001 and 27701. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and has been an attorney since 2021, with the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

He gained experience working with renowned law firms providing services in the area of personal data protection and cyber security. For more than 5 years he has been supporting entrepreneurs in all matters related to personal data protection. In his practice, he has mainly handled audit and implementation projects, as well as ongoing legal services for clients related to GDPR matters.

He specializes in identifying and implementing individually tailored solutions for clients, particularly in the financial (banking), new technology, e-commerce and labor law sectors.

He has wide experience in due diligence of business entities and has jointly and regularly supported corporate teams during the negotiation, drafting and consulting of contracts in terms of GDPR.

He also focuses his efforts on project management. In his role, he has performed the role of Project Manager, often organizing the work of internal teams, as well as involving members of the client's team, for instance, in the execution of contracts concluded by clients.

Magdalena Jacolik

Personal Data Protection Specialist

Lead auditor of an ISO 27001:2022 compliant information security management system and data protection specialist with over 7 years of experience.

In addition to data protection, she has been involved in building security (anti-fraud) and compliance departments in an e-commerce company and has also served as an internal auditor in an entity supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. She has gained her experience by advising businesses in the automotive, financial (payment services), education, fashion, e-commerce, construction and recruitment sectors.

She specialises in data transfer analysis outside the EEA, cookies and data protection in recruitment processes using modern ATS and CRM.

She gave lectures and courses at the university Collegium da Vinci in Poznań on the Data Science course, where she taught future data analysts the basics of data protection and ethics in working with data. Pro-bono activist in the field of educational activities - 'law for the youngest' in primary schools (in particular with regard to privacy).

She is an enthusiast of true-crime podcasts, crime novels and... letter writing in traditional paper form.

Office

Sylwia Wyrębek

Office Assistant

Her adventure began at an economic technical school. She later studied for a degree in finance and accounting. She started her career in medical facilities, then in the cosmetics industry, and finally in an office as a secretary.

In her professional career, she carried out customer service trainings, managed documentation and dealt with accounting issues. Until she finally found her way to the iSecure team, where she actively coordinates office and administrative work and supports the Board and colleagues in their daily tasks. Office work has no secrets for her. Not only can she connect a printer and turn Word into a PDF file :)

Her greatest passion is stage improvisation. From time to time she dives into DIY and creates handmade gifts. If sport, it's volleyball. If psychology, it's self-care and working with emotions. She tries to live "here and now".
